Jason Chan -  renowned Tai Chi and Chi Kung Master -

enjoy this enlightening excerpt from his brilliant book “The Radiant Warrior”  :

“Inner peace, self-healing, self empowerment, health, wealth, happiness, harmonious relationships, wisdom, love and miracles are just some of the fruits of meditation.

The strength and power of a completely still and peaceful mind are truly amazing.  As you still your mind through daily meditation, your body begins to heal and replenish itself.  Your metabolic and hormonal systems will become more balanced and harmonised.  Your heart rate will slow down, and your autonomic nervous system will be strengthened.  Everything in your system settles down, your whole being becomes calm, and then repairs itself naturally.  A sense of aliveness will rise up in you, and your consciousness will expand.

Eventually if you keep quieting down your mind on a daily basis, you will find your true purpose in life.  This is guaranteed.”

Jason Chan - Tai Chi & Chi Kung Master

I was lucky enough to meet Jason and be in his presence in October 2011 at the “Tree Of Life Mind Body Spirit Festival” in Birmingham, UK to experience first hand the power of his energetic work.

We shook our bodies, stretched our bodies, exercised our vocal chords, raised our vibrations and finally quietened our minds – what a profound experience it was.  We left that room tingling and feeling fully alive!

Helpful Meditation Techniques Tips From Jason

  • Adopt the right posture or you will have no energy and your meditation will be flat – spine straight and strong.
  • Aim to be still like a calm sea that looks as smooth as glass, but powered by the mighty energy just beneath the surface.
  • As you sit still, bring something beautiful into your mind as a meditative object eg: someone you love, your favourite place.
  • Bring your attention to your breath  – your breath will then naturally soften and lengthen.
  • You can use a mantra – a simple one like “Om”  or keep repeating English words like “I am love”, “I am peace” or just “I Am”
  • When your mind starts to run away, bring it back to your mantra.
  • Remind yourself that  ‘one thought can over-ride a thousand thoughts’
  • You will start to feel more alive as you connect to your life force.
  • Your heart will rejoice whenever you sit still and attempt to calm your mind.
