“Noticeable things happen when doing the bulletproof diet, less sleep and more energy is my favorite effect. I have been told that I look “bigger” in terms of muscle mass, I am not, I am just more lean due to the diet, best thing is that I don’t work out often at all. I didn’t buy this as a weight loss book because I don’t need to lose weight, so I cannot offer any insight there. I bought the book to improve my cognitive abilities.
