“The book really shows how to eat yourself to good health. It’s very informative and interesting. I’ve only had it a week but feel healthier already. It’s a complete game change on the norm. But it makes so much sense !” – Mr Griffiths
“This book is amazing!! Full of easy to understand, but scientific information for anyone battling a chronic illness, not just MS. Dr Wahls is such an inspiration and breath of fresh air. She is extremely well-versed in the latest research and lifestyle choices that improve the function of our bodies, at a cellular level. Easily the most life-changing and relevant book I’ve ever read. I suffer from Hashimoto’s autoimmune disease. Pick this up and get it as a gift for a loved one with chronic illness too! Happy reading.” – J First
