Unbelievably, Davina is now 54 years of age!
And the “Big Brother legend” and fitness guru is proud to be “Women’s Health’s” October cover star.
“I feel like it’s really important to say that people in their fifties are having the time of their lives!”

She shared with the magazine that going through the menopause at 44 really disorientated her.
She’d find her ‘phone in the fridge and her keys in the bin.
Her night sweats were so bad and she never slept through.

In the noughties, Davina became the queen of fitness DVD’s.
And if there’s one thing we’ve learned about her over the years, it’s that she loves nothing better than keeping fit and healthy.
She’s still proud to show off her ab’s on Instagram.
She doesn’t claim to look as good naked as she did a few decades ago, but she’s fine with that.
Now, household name, Davina says she feels better, ‘foxier’, and more confident than when she was in her twenties.
