“The book completely changed my perspective towards eating. Ever since I read this book, I switched over to intermittent fasting of 16:8 which helped me to reduce my blood pressure, improved energy, reduced lethargy, more mental clarity. I also liked the concept of bullet proof coffee. Downside of book is repetition of main core lesson of the book i. e. Fasting.”
