Wake Up & Ride The Momentum Of The Morning With A “Rampage Of Appreciation”!

Do this in the morning and your life will change …..

I was just watching a brief “Facebook Live” by Gabby Bernstein (Motivational speaker, life coach, and author) – Love Gabby, love her books!

She was sharing a practice that she discovered via Abraham Hicks called the “rampage of appreciation” that she uses every morning.

I’ll keep it brief, because I know you’ll be busy and short of time.

All you need to do is – When you wake up in the morning you do a “rampage of appreciation”. You can type it or you can grab your journal and you just write and write about all the things that you appreciate.

So you could write about the coffee you’ve just had, the sheets on your bed, your spouse, your family, your work etc – just this “rampage of appreciation”

Type or write 3 – 5 pages of appreciation if you can.

What happens then is you build up all this momentum and positive vibe and beautiful energy around you – whatever is feeling good to you in that moment.

If you start your day in that way, your entire day will be completely guided – You’ll feel so lit up and taken care of, you’ll have more energy as you step out into the world. You’ll feel that momentum behind you.

The morning is when you’re most aligned. That restful state has given you a reprieve from your crazy!

You can take it one step further by going downstairs and telling your family how much you appreciate them.  Or when you get to work, tell your work colleagues how much you appreciate them.

I’m going to print this Blog Post out and slot it into my Journal to remind me to have a go.

So wake up, feel good and ride the momentum of the morning. Go on, try it!
